Major Manufacturer Warranty Support

We are proud to provide warranty support for a number of major manufacturers, in which we cover North East warranties 7 days a week. Leading manufacturers trust there warranty to be handled by Core Catering Maintenance. As a warranty and service partner, we are provided with full product technical training, and in the case of a new product being released, we are trained prior to the release date.

Our spare parts stock list come direct from the manufacturer, who have built the spares list up to reflect the most common parts which are required in the field. The spare parts lists are compiled by historical data collected from all UK service providers, this insures that the spare parts stock lists are constantly being reviewed to reflect on site demand.

If required, we have access to manufacturers’ technical information and data, which is only provided to the warranty service network. We can tap into the technical and spares expertise of the manufacturers’ own Head Office teams.

To ensure we are providing a first class standard of warranty cover, we are audited annually by each manufacturer we provide warranty cover for. This maintains the manufacturers standards as well as our own.
