Our Services

Here When You Need Us

We are here when you need us most.  We understand the pressure which comes when a vital piece of your kitchen equipment suddenly breaks down.

To resolve your problem we have fully trained personnel in all areas of our business, who will work and communicate with you. From our call handling staff, to the engineer who attends, we are all working to get your equipment up and running again.

Our Service Team are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with remote access into our internal computer system, enabling live call updates out of normal hours.

Reactive Maintenance

Our Reactive Service Team deal daily with all types of emergency service calls. These range from individual appliances to business-critical installations such as frozen food refrigerated storage facilities or larger dishwasher installations. The call-handling team will allocate the call to a trained engineer to attend site quickly and carry out the repair. Our engineers are not only manufacturer-trained, they also hold Gas Safe, Electrical and Refrigerant-handling qualifications..

To back up our engineer in the field, they have a large stock of spare parts, which are held on their vehicle. After each repair, a work sheet will be handed to site, explaining what repairs have been carried out and any recommendations the technician may have. After the repair has successfully been carried out, site will also receive a confirmation email, briefly explaining what actions were taken.

Contract

For peace of mind, we offer a wide range of contracts which will see all of your catering equipment protected under our Preventative Maintenance options.

To enable you to budget your service costs, we offer both 5 and 7 day service cover, added to this we also offer 1 or 2 preventative visits per year. This can be tailored to individual business critical units of equipment that is involved in higher than average usage.  The flexibility of our contracts lets you choose the right package for your business.

Preventative

To ensure the performance and long life of your kitchen equipment, Planned Preventative Maintenance is a must. In most cases, your PPM visit will address a fault long before it develops into a more serious problem.

Once the PPM visit has been carried out, we would supply you with a parts required list. To assist with costs/budgeting we would list these in order of importance. We go that one step further in also supplying you with a list of the repairs carried out and a detailed summary of the condition of each appliance.

Finally, you would be supplied with any relevant gas safety certification, which proves that all your gas equipment is safe to use and complies with current legislation.
